Name the actual connection
State the ferry, cruise, bus or local operator and the full meeting address. Cross-border routes may involve immigration, changing schedules, river crossings or another transport provider.
MTS does not present an airport-to-boat request as a guaranteed through-ticket. The road transfer and the onward service remain separate unless explicitly confirmed.
Allow a connection buffer
Share the published check-in or departure time, not only the sailing time. MTS can review the requested pickup, but the traveller remains responsible for current operator schedules, documents and border requirements.
