Five details that prevent delays
Send the exact airport, flight number, arrival date and time, full destination address, passenger count and luggage. Add requests such as a larger vehicle or child seat before confirmation.
If the arrival details change, update the request. A flight number connects the pickup plan to the intended arrival but does not replace direct confirmation.
Online form or WhatsApp?
Use the booking form for a structured request. Use WhatsApp for a concise operational conversation or an update. In both cases, do not send passport copies or payment-card data.
A form submission or analytics event is not proof of a completed booking. Keep the written acceptance from MTS.
